Delightful Country Cookin' because she is an Early Bird Reviewer for Gooseberry, so this is one of the recipes she shared. Its called Special Chicken Noodle Soup. Since I'm not overly crazy about canned soup and never seemed to be inspired to make my own... I decided to give this one a try. Since I always have chicken on hand and the days were quite chilly, I thought this was a good idea. Well, its the Best idea I've had in awhile! This soup was So Good and So Creamy! Oh, and very, very filling. It took no time at all to make, a big plus for me, as I like simple meals that look really nice. This is getting added to my Favorites and I will be sending a copy of this to my son who is addicted to soup. You will definitely want to grab this recipe and make up a potful. I will also be adding the cookbook to my library... cause I know there are other wonderful recipes to be made. I grabbed the recipes that the other reviewers shared, as well and I will print those out and choose another one to make.
