Chocolate Tilda...

Well, this is what happens when you try to create when you're not feeling it! :o(

I was attempting the Chocolate Tilda challenge over at Totally Tilda Challenge Blog. The colors didn't turn out as I'd hoped... and as you can see... totally forgot to use different adhesive for the vellum! (duh..) I also used the sketch from the monthly sketch challenge over at Card Scraps

Tilda stamp by Magnolia Stamps
Patterned paper by Basic Grey: Capella collection
Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder
Image and pearls colored with Copics.

OMG - this is adorable - I am not sure WHAT you are talking about in terms of it not turning out - it is wonderful. If you don't like the tape showing through the vellum, add a few flowers - it hides those creative moments! :)

No matter that it didn't end up as you first intended, it turned out to be a very delightful card indeed! Love the use of the vellum and Tilda is just adorable!

You know what? I LIKE it! Not every card has to be overloaded with every embellishment we can find...

If you want to cover the vellum glue, just add some cord or ribbon over top!

Well done, even when you're "not feelin' it"!!!
